TRX Boot CampLooking for something a little different? Try our TRX Bootcamp classes. The TRX system is a unique strap-based device that makes for an intense core workout that will hone and tone the entire body and give a cardio burn too! Our TRX classes are fun, creative, interactive, and challenging.Our 90-minute Bootcamps are a series of workouts that will help you meet and exceed your fitness goals through a variety of tailored moves designed to prepare members for Spartan races, marathons, or all around fitness. Joining our Bootcamps will motivate you in a fun group atmosphere at our gym.

We also have High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.  See the variations below;

30 min HIIT
High intense interval training in 30 minutes offered daily. This workout alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity.
Benefits: The “magic” keeps your body burning fat even after you leave the gym! Burn tons of calories in a short time period.

Kettlebell HIIT
A 45-minute full body integration and core stabilization.
Benefits: Improves total-body strength.

Metabolic Meltdown
Involves completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and metabolic rate during and after the workout.  This is a great way to stay fit on the weekends.
Benefits: The metabolic rate increases for up to 48 hours after your workout.
