MEET RICH ROBICHAUD

Rich Robichaud is an experienced personal trainer and coach who has been active in all areas of exercise for over 25 years.  He is also the founder and creator of WorkFit, a specialized fitness program geared towards busy professionals and a best-selling author.

With his vast experience coming from participating and coaching disciplines such as CrossFit, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Calisthenics and his continued education over these years, Rich has accumulated valuable knowledge in the field of fitness.

His passion lies with working with people new to fitness as well as busy professionals and the challenges that come with having such a hectic schedule to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

Always involved in sport and exercise, Rich was also co-founder and owner of Co-Edge Sports League; one of Southern Ontario’s largest recreational sports leagues catered to providing co-ed recreational sports to active adults.
