Gillian Johnson is a former Professional Volleyball player and the current Director of Health and Fitness in Halton’s premier private club and fitness facility, ‘Cedar Springs Health, Racquet & Sportsclub.’ After graduating from McGill University, Gillian went on to play pro volleyball in Austria and Italy. Upon returning home, she continued in the world of athletics as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
