Meet Rich Robichaud

Rich Robichaud is an experienced personal trainer and coach who has been active in all areas of exercise for over 25 years.  He is also the founder and creator of WorkFit, a specialized fitness program geared towards busy professionals and a best-selling author.

With his vast experience coming from participating and coaching disciplines such as CrossFit, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Calisthenics and his continued education over these years, Rich has accumulated valuable knowledge in the field of fitness.

His passion lies with working with people new to fitness as well as busy professionals and the challenges that come with having such a hectic schedule to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

Always involved in sport and exercise, Rich was also co-founder and owner of Co-Edge Sports League; one of Southern Ontario's largest recreational sports leagues catered to providing co-ed recreational sports to active adults.

Meet Lisa Drewry

Lisa is a Canfitpro certified fitness instructor, personal trainer, and MBS certified (mind & body) here at Cedar Springs who has been teaching group fitness classes and training clients for over 12 years.

Lisa has engaged in a highly active-lifestyle since her youth where she swam competitively for many years. In addition to this, she practiced ballet and was head cheerleader of her high school cheerleading squad.

Since graduating high school and college, Lisa has become an avid runner, she enjoys distance running, something she does competitively. She also participates in obstacle races such as The Spartan-Race on an annual basis. Lisa is self-driven and she enjoys practicing healthy-life choices with her family and friends.

It is her hope that she can continue motivating and assisting members with their ongoing fitness journeys here at Cedar Springs, whether it be in one of her groupfit HIIT classes or a one-to-one personal training program.
